Fit Play - Hands-Free Home Workouts That Count Your Reps

What makes home workouts annoying is rarely the exercise itself. It is losing count halfway through, picking up your phone to find the next exercise, and resetting the timer again and again.

With Fit Play, you stand your phone 2–3 meters away and the camera recognizes your movement and counts every rep out loud. After you press start, all you do is move.

1. What is Fit Play? 💪

The camera tracks joints such as your shoulders, hips, and knees, and a rep counts only when the movement is actually completed. A squat counts when you go deep enough and stand back up; a push-up counts when you lower and press back up.

Reps are spoken aloud and marked with a beep, so you never need to look at the screen. A skeleton that follows your body is drawn over the camera view, so you can see at a glance that you are being tracked.

2. 10 exercises, counted automatically 🏋️

8 rep-based exercises: Squat, Lunge, Push-up, Slow Burpee, Mountain Climber, Sit-up, Crunch, and Leg Raise.
2 timed holds: Plank and Wall Sit.

The Slow Burpee is a no-jump indoor burpee where you step back one foot at a time, so it is quiet enough for an apartment. For Plank and Wall Sit, the clock runs only while you hold the position, so you log exactly what you earned.

3. Routines that run themselves 🔁

Four routines are ready to go: Leg Crusher, Upper Body Shaker, Core Focus, and Total Burn. Exercise, rest, and the next exercise follow one another with voice cues, so you do not touch your phone until you are done.

You can adjust the target reps and rest time to your level, build your own routine from the exercises you choose, or just start a single exercise right away.

4. Your progress logs itself 📊

When you finish, you get a summary of duration, reps per exercise, and estimated calories. Your streak and lifetime totals build up, and you are notified when you hit milestones such as 1,000 total squats.

Quitting midway is fine. Your position is saved so you can continue next time, and if you step out of frame for a moment, the reps you have already done are kept.

5. Setting up for accurate counting 💡

- Stand the phone upright and move 2–3 meters back.
- Keep your whole body in the frame, from head to toe.
- For floor exercises such as push-ups and planks, turn side-on to the camera.
- Work out in good light and avoid strong backlight.

Pose recognition runs on your device, and no video ever leaves your phone.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does Fit Play count reps?

It tracks the position and angles of your joints in real time through the phone camera and counts one rep each time you move from the start position to the end position and back. No extra equipment is needed.

Is it quiet enough for an apartment?

Yes. Every exercise is a no-jump bodyweight move, and the burpee is a Slow Burpee with the jump removed, so there is very little impact noise.

Is my camera video stored or uploaded?

No. Pose recognition is processed on your device, and the video is never saved or sent anywhere.

Is Fit Play free?

Yes. It is free to download on Google Play and the App Store, and you can start working out right away without signing in.
